Referral Patterns
This feature provides a visual picture of the referral patterns in the system. You can use the information to:
- guide your efforts at building partnerships
- gauge the potential impact of the loss of an agency’s service
- demonstrate to others your role in the system
- assess the overall quality of collaboration in the system
Instructions:
- Select the filter for services you want covered - selecting multiple services returns all referrals matching any selected service. Selecting zero services will return all results.
- Select the time range
- Select the display option
- Click “Show all relevant referrals” to display a system wide map
- Or hover over a particular agency on the map. If that agency has participated in relevant referrals, you will be given the option to show the referral pattern (incoming and outgoing) for just that agency.
- Click “List view” to show the results in a table format
- Click “Clear map” to start over
